Madras Fertilizers Limited (MFL), a Government of India Undertaking under the administrative control of Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers is a leading fertilizer manufacture in South India with an annual turnover of over Rs.1100 Cr. The Fertilizer Complex of the Company at Manali, 20 Kms North of Chennai in Tamilnadu consist of Ammonia, Urea and NPK Plants and Related Offsite Facilities.

MFL is presently undertaking many Capital Jobs to improve plant performance, consistency. MFL proposes to Repair / Refurbish, HAN / Ammonia Tank which are more than 30 years old.

The basic details of tanks :

a) HAN Tank

Diameter : 27 m (ID)

Height : 14 m

Liquid stored : High aromatic Naphtha

b) Ammonia Tank

Diameter : 20.72 m (ID)

Height : 21.89 m

Liquid stored : Ammonia

Interested parties who have carried out similar jobs to the tune of more than Rs 25 lacs in a single order may submit their credentials to include but not limited to the following:

1. Details of similar type of work done in fertilizers / petro chemical industries / clients, along with reference list.

2. Certificate from existing clients for performance of the work executed.

3. Financial capability of the firm, turnover etc., for the past three years along with credentials.
